Where is my data stored?

On your iPhone. There’s no account and no cloud — export a CSV backup anytime in Settings → Data.

How do I connect Apple Health?

Settings → Apple Health → Connect. The app reads age, height, and weight for your profile, and writes finished workouts.

How do I start a workout from my watch?

Open Fit This on the watch — your routines are listed; tap one to start. The phone can stay in your pocket.

Why don’t client profiles show Health data?

Apple Health belongs to the device owner, so client profiles are kept separate by design.

How do I import from Strong or Hevy?

Export a CSV from that app, then Fit This Settings → Data → Import.
